Biography

Zheng Zhifang, Associate Chief Physician in the Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University, PhD in Plastic Surgery, Postdoctoral Fellow in Clinical Anatomy, Master's Supervisor at Southern Medical University, Aesthetic Medicine Attending Physician, and also holder of qualifications as a general practitioner, licensed pharmacist, and public nutritionist.

Since 2005, has been engaged in plastic surgery and to date has accumulated rich clinical experience and a strong aesthetic sense. Adept at listening to the concerns of patients seeking aesthetic improvement, and based on their needs, has created numerous natural-looking aesthetic outcomes and received high praise from many patients. Has led one General Program project of the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, one Guangdong Provincial Appropriate Technology Project, and one commissioned research project; has participated in eight research projects; and has received one Second Prize of the Military Science and Technology Progress Award and five utility model patents. Has published 30 papers, including 11 SCI-indexed papers as first author. Has studied in Taiwan, South Korea, and other regions, attended many international conferences, and performed surgery alongside leading domestic and international experts on multiple occasions. Has contributed to four plastic surgery monographs and is Associate Editor-in-Chief of "Growth Factors and Skin Repair and Regeneration"; has contributed to the translation of four plastic surgery monographs and is Associate Chief Translator of "Minimally Invasive Perioral and Periocular Rejuvenation Techniques" and "Atlas of Minimally Invasive Facial Cosmetic Surgery: Fat Grafting and Facial Rejuvenation".
